1、 Based on the damage of the electric spindle, measure static and dynamic radial runout, and increase the amount of air and axial runout.


2、 Use specialized tools to disassemble the electric spindle. Clean and measure rotor runout and wear.


3、 Choose bearings. The consistency error between the inner hole and outer diameter of each set of bearings should be ≤ 0.002mm~0.003mm, and the gap with the inner hole of the sleeve should be between 0.004mm~0.008mm. There should be an open space of 0.0025mm~0.005mm with the main shaft. In practical operation, it is better to use two thumbs to push the bearing into the sleeve. Tightening it too tightly will cause deformation of the outer ring of the bearing, high temperature rise of the bearing, and loose maintenance of the electric spindle will reduce the stiffness of the grinding head.


4、 The cleanliness of bearings is an important factor in ensuring their normal operation and service life. Do not use compressed air to blow the bearing, as the hard particles in the compressed air will make the raceway rough.


5、 Cone bearings or angular contact ball bearings must pay attention to the direction of the bearing equipment, otherwise the required reverse accuracy cannot be achieved. The entire process of the equipment adopts specialized tools to eliminate equipment failures and ensure equipment quality.


6、 When the internal thread of the sleeve specification deforms, the roundness exceeds the tolerance, or the fit with the rolling bearing is too loose, partial electroplating process can be used for compensation, followed by grinding to the specified size. This method can also be used on the shaft diameter.


7、 The end faces of the round nuts, oil seal covers, and other parts on the electric spindle are in close contact with the end faces of the inner and outer rings of the bearing, so the perpendicularity requirement between the threaded part and the end face is very high. The contact condition can be checked by coloring method. If the contact rate of the electric spindle is less than 80%, the end face can be ground to meet the verticality requirement. This assignment is very important, as the accuracy will affect the radial runout of the grinding machine spindle extension rod, and then affect the surface roughness of the grinding work.


8、 Axial adjustment of the electric spindle behind the equipment (measured with a spring scale during adjustment), while measuring static and dynamic radial runout, to increase the open space until the process requirements of the equipment are met.


9、 Under actual operating conditions of the machine, the influence of cleaning devices, thermal deformation during machine operation, and other factors should be removed, and a dynamic balance instrument should be used to dynamically balance the rotor at a certain speed.
