1. 2. Fatigue cracks: Poor contact between the bearing seat and the outer cylindrical surface of the bearing when installed on the journal and bearing inner hole, uneven contact between the components of the raceway bearing, causing the bearing ring or rolling element to break.


3. Hard and brittle cracks; This type of crack is caused by poor bearing quality or internal material defects and heat treatment hardness during the manufacturing process.


4. Vibration cracks: Cracks caused by large impact loads on bearings during use. The rings and rolling elements of rolling bearings are usually made of high carbon chromium bearing steel. The collar and rolling elements have high hardness. Although they can withstand large impact loads, excessive impact loads can cause severe vibrations during bearing operation. Causing damage and bearing cracks.
