The inner diameter of the installation sleeve should be slightly larger than the shaft neck diameter, and the outer diameter diameter should be slightly smaller than the inner ring retaining edge of the bearing to avoid pressing on the support frame.
2. Heating cooperation
The device method of using thermal expansion to transform tight cooperation into loose cooperation is a commonly used and labor-saving device method. This method is suitable for spindle bearing devices with large interference fit. Before hot installation, place the bearing or separable bearing ring into the oil tank and heat it evenly at 80-100 ℃. Then remove it from the oil and install it on the shaft as soon as possible. To prevent the inner ring end face from not fitting tightly to the shaft shoulder after cooling, the bearing can be tightened axially after cooling.

(1) Persist in cleaning the spindle bearings and their turnover, even small dust that cannot be seen by the eyes can have a negative impact on the bearings. So, it is necessary to maintain cleanliness around the bearings to prevent dust from entering.
(2) Use it carefully. Severe impact on bearings during use can cause scratches and indentations, which can become the cause of accidents. In severe situations, cracks and fissures may occur, so attention must be paid.
(3) We often emphasize the importance of proper handling of things because too many customers have used the wrong things in the device, causing damage to the bearings.
(4) When operating the spindle bearings, sweat on the hands can become a cause of rust, so it is important to use clean hands and preferably wear gloves.
