Many manufacturers have low product qualification rates because these two stages have not been handled properly. So how do electric spindle manufacturers complete the two production processes of immersion painting and baking.
1. Before immersing the electric spindle in paint, a comprehensive cleaning treatment should be carried out.
2. Before painting, all screws on the casing should be plugged in to prevent installation difficulties in the future.
3. Before immersion painting, the trademark and expiration date of the paint should be checked to ensure the quality of the paint.
4. It is necessary to pay attention to the control of technical parameters during the immersion and baking processes, such as viscosity adjustment of the paint, temperature control range, rise and fall time, immersion times, and insulation resistance.
5. After the high-temperature baking is completed, remove the residual paint on the inner circle of the stator and other parts in the hot state. The residual paint on the slot wedge should not be higher than the inner circle of the iron core.
6. After insulation treatment of the stator winding, it is necessary to ensure that the insulation paint impregnation has a monotonous paint film, no wrinkles, no delamination, and no jagged surface, the winding ends are not damaged, and the slot wedges are intact.
7. During the baking process, if the temperature drops halfway or the insulation resistance does not reach a stable level, the baking time should be appropriately extended until the insulation resistance meets the requirements before leaving the box.
Some manufacturers adopt the method of separating the painting and baking processes, which is undoubtedly incorrect. Only continuous operation can achieve the best effect, otherwise it will affect the drying quality of the electric spindle and lead to a decrease in the pass rate.
