1. The sound of pitter patter
The oscillation and collision of the retainer and rolling elements can occur regardless of the type of smooth grease, and it is easier to occur when receiving torque, load, or large radial clearance.
Solution: Improve the accuracy of the retainer, choose an electric spindle with small clearance or apply preload to the bearing, reduce torque load, reduce device errors, and select good grease.
 
2. Buzzing sound
The no-load operation of the motor produces a buzzing like sound, and the motor experiences abnormal axial oscillation, with a buzzing sound when turned on or off.
It is mainly manifested in motors with poor smoothness and ball bearings at both ends in winter, mainly due to unstable oscillation caused by poor shaft centering function and axial oscillation.
 
3. Impurity sound
An irregular abnormal sound caused by bearings or high-quality cleanliness, sometimes intermittent, sometimes loud and sometimes small, frequently occurring on high-speed motors
Solution: Choose good grease, improve cleanliness before grease injection, enhance the sealing function of bearings, and improve the cleanliness of the device environment
 
4. Clattering sound
The sound frequency changes with the bearing speed, and the surface waviness of the parts is the main cause of noise
Solution: Improve the machining quality of the outer surface of the bearing raceway, reduce the amplitude of waviness, minimize collision damage, correct the clearance preload force and fit, check the operation of the free end bearing, and improve the precision device of the shaft and bearing seat.
