The consistency error between the inner hole and outer diameter of each set of bearings should be ≤ 0.002~0.003mm, and the gap with the inner hole of the sleeve should be 0.004~0.008mm; maintain a gap of 0.0025~0.005mm with the main shaft. In practical operation, both thumbs can push the bearing into the sleeve. Tightness can cause deformation of the outer ring of the bearing, excessive temperature rise of the bearing, and looseness can reduce the rigidity of the grinding head.
4、 The cleaning of bearings is an important step in ensuring the abnormal operation and service life of bearings. Do not use compressed air to blow the bearings, as the hard particles in compressed air will make the raceway rough.
5、 Cone bearings or angular contact ball bearings must pay attention to the direction of the bearing device, otherwise the required rotational accuracy cannot be achieved. The entire assembly process uses tools to eliminate assembly errors and ensure the quality of assembly.
6、 When the inner hole of the sleeve deforms, the roundness exceeds the tolerance, or the fit with the bearing is too loose, local electroplating can be used to make up for it before grinding to the required level. This method can also be used at the shaft neck.
7、 The resolution of the end face of the whole machine, such as the round nut and oil seal cover on the electric spindle, is in full contact with the end face of the inner and outer rings of the bearing, so the perpendicularity between the threaded part and the end face is required to be very high, and the contact condition can be checked by coloring method. If the contact rate is less than 80%, the end face can be ground to meet the verticality requirement. This work is very important, as its accuracy will affect the radial runout of the grinding machine spindle extension rod, thereby affecting the nominal roughness of the ground workpiece.
8、 The assembled electric spindle should be adjusted axially (measured with a spring scale during adjustment), while measuring static and dynamic radial runout and clearance increase, until it meets the assembly process requirements.
9、 Under the premise of actual machine operation, removing the influence of factors such as assembly and thermal deformation during machine operation, a dynamic balancing machine is used to balance the rotor moving forward at a certain speed.
