1. The tight contact between the end faces of the round nuts, oil seals, and other parts on the electric spindle and the outer ring end face in the bearing results in high straightness between the threaded parts and the end faces, which can be checked for touch through color painting. If the touch rate is less than 80%, the end face can be polished to meet the requirement of straightness.
2. For conical bearings or angular contact ball bearings, attention should be paid to the direction of the bearing device, otherwise the requirements for rotational accuracy cannot be met. Special tools need to be used throughout the entire process of the equipment to eliminate errors and ensure the quality of the equipment.
3. The cleaning of bearings is an important step in ensuring their normal operation and service life. Do not blow bearings with compressed air, as hard particles in the compressed air can roll and fuzz.
4. Select bearings. In practical operation, it is recommended to use two thumbs to push the bearing into the sleeve. Tight maintenance of the electric spindle can cause deformation of the outer ring of the bearing, excessive temperature rise of the bearing, and reduced rigidity of the grinding head if it is too loose.
5. When the inner hole of the sleeve deforms, the roundness exceeds the tolerance, or the fit with the bearing is too loose, it can be compensated by local electroplating and polished to the required degree. This method can also be applied to the shaft neck.
6. Use specialized tools to disassemble the electric spindle, clean and measure the rotor swing and wear.
