Zirconia ceramics have always been a material worth paying attention to in industry. Products made of zirconia ceramic materials have advantages such as high hardness, wear resistance, scratch resistance, and exquisite appearance. Some small ceramic powders are prone to invade the spindle and machine tool accessories, affecting the service life of the spindle and related machine tool components.
To solve this problem, high-speed precision electric spindles are used in ceramic processing, combined with various CNC systems. This precision electric spindle has a compact structure, light weight, low inertia, fast start stop speed, low vibration, high torque, and low noise, which can achieve high-speed, high-precision, high stability, and high-efficiency machining.
In the process of grinding zirconia ceramics on the spindle of a water-cooled tool holder with a central hole, cutting fluid is sprayed out from the inner hole at the front end of the tool through the central hole of the spindle core to cool the tool, ensuring that the tool is fully cooled during high-speed ceramic grinding on the spindle, and the ceramic powder and residual abrasive particles adhered to the tool can be fully removed.
In addition, the water outlet at the center of the shaft can effectively solve the disadvantage of the coolant not being able to cool down to the machining area during deep or small hole machining, fully cooling the tool from the inside out and extending its service life. At the same time, it can effectively cool the spindle core, improve motor efficiency, reduce core thermal expansion, and improve machining accuracy.
