When the motor of the electric spindle is running without load, it emits a buzzing sound, and the motor has abnormal axial vibration. There is a buzzing sound when it is turned on or off, which often occurs in poor lubrication conditions, as well as in winter when the motor with ball bearings at both ends has poor coaxial alignment. This is an unstable vibration caused by axial vibration.


The impurity noise in the electric spindle is caused by the cleanliness of the electric spindle bearings or oil quality, which emits an abnormal noise of non-standard specifications. This noise is sometimes intermittent, sometimes loud and sometimes small, and occurs more frequently in high-speed motors. Therefore, to avoid this situation, it is necessary to choose good grease, improve the cleanliness before grease injection, enhance the sealing performance of the electric spindle bearings, and improve the cleanliness of the installation environment.


The appearance of the clattering sound also indicates the problems with the electric spindle. The frequency of the sound of imported electric spindles changes with the speed of the electric spindle bearings, and the surface ripples of the electric spindle maintenance parts are the main cause of noise.


The solution is to improve the machining quality of the raceway surface of the electric spindle bearing, reduce the amplitude of wavelet roughness, minimize collisions, correct the clearance preload force and fit, check the operation of the free end bearing, and improve the precision installation method of the electric spindle and bearing seat.
