(1) Connect the inverter power supply based on the voltage input required for actual use of the inverter; And the power supply connected to the frequency converter needs to be filtered and stabilized to ensure that the voltage connected to the frequency converter does not fluctuate.

(2) The electric spindle cannot be subjected to any form of impact, as it can disrupt the dynamic balance of the electric spindle and even damage the bearings, affecting the service life of the electric spindle.

(3) After ventilation, each electric spindle can reach a sealed state. Please refer to the parameters on the spindle housing label for the flow rate of the sealing gas (the pressure of the sealing gas needs to be strictly controlled). Excessive air pressure can damage the lubricating grease or lubrication system of the bearings, causing them to lose lubrication. It can also damage the bearings at high speeds of the main shaft; If the air pressure is too low, the sealing effect cannot be achieved.

Please refer to the parameters on the label of the electric spindle housing for the tool changing air pressure at the rear end of the spindle. When the tool changing air pressure is greater than the parameters on the label of the electric spindle housing, gas will be blown out from the gap between the front rotor cone surface and the chuck and the chuck through the intermediate rod, thereby cleaning the cone surface. Especially in the grinding process of ceramic inserts, it is necessary to regularly clean the conical surface.

It is recommended to use an air pressure valve (with a pressure gauge) to regulate the air pressure. The air pressure regulating valve needs to be installed near the sealing air interface of the electric spindle to ensure that the sealing air pressure entering the spindle is within the specified range. Moreover, the tool changing gas and sealing gas entering the electric spindle need to be filtered to meet the requirements of dryness and dust-free.

(4) Please use specialized tools to disassemble the clamp head; The warranty period for the electric spindle is 1 year, and the bearing has 3000 hours. However, if the bearing is damaged due to human reasons, no warranty treatment will be given; If there are any problems with the electric spindle, please do not disassemble it without authorization. If there are traces of unauthorized disassembly, the quality of this electric spindle cannot be guaranteed.

(5) The selection of cutting tools, spindle speed, and other related parameter settings need to be determined based on the cutting conditions on site.

(6) Please use the matching cable as the drive cable for the electric spindle. Without permission, customers are not allowed to manufacture cables that do not meet the requirements.

(7) Suggest using a water cooling device to dissipate and cool the electric spindle; At the same time, it is necessary to regularly check the operation of the water cooling device. If there are any abnormalities, please stop using the electric spindle immediately and wait for the fault to be eliminated and repaired before use.

(8) Please note that the conical surface of the chuck used needs to be kept clean and free of scratches, otherwise it will change the accuracy of the conical surface at the front end of the electric spindle rotor, causing locking tool failure, and resulting in tool dropping and breakage.
