When there is abnormal noise or vibration in the electric spindle, the machine should be stopped first to check the bearings. If necessary, remove and replace the bearings. When there is an odor or sudden shutdown during operation, the switch power should be turned off first, and the stator to ground resistance and three-phase resistance should be accurately measured with a high resistance meter. To prevent the stator from burning out due to the malfunction of the insulation resistance meter, the stator should be removed and replaced by the manufacturer at the maintenance center. When the electric spindle is not in use for a long time, the residual coolant in the cooling pipeline is removed by air compression, and the electric spindle is protected against rusting. After being stored or stopped for 6 months, the electric spindle must be replaced with a new vegetable oil surface before use, otherwise it will damage the service life of the electric spindle.

After the collision of the main shaft, the dynamic balance of the rotor is damaged, and even the bearings are damaged, which endangers the service life of the main shaft.
