The less lubricating grease used in bipolar high-speed motors, the higher the frequency of replacement, and the waste oil can be immediately discharged. The specific use of high-speed electric spindles depends on the power of the motor and the weight of the rotor. Due to some motor users not replacing lubricating grease in a timely manner or adding too much lubricating grease, the bearings have heated up, burned out, and locked.

Due to the difficulty in ensuring the quality of rubber seals, high-speed electric spindles are usually the main cause of bearing heating. For IP23 motors, labyrinth seals can be used instead of rubber seals. For IP44 motors, high-quality rubber sealing rings should be strictly used to improve the smoothness of the friction contact surface between the bearing cover and the rubber sealing ring and reduce friction. The coefficient of friction reduces the heat generated by friction.
