Electric spindleThe various components of the electric spindle are closely connected, and if one of them is damaged, it will affect the operation of the entire electric spindle. Therefore, in order to ensure normal operation and the efficiency of the electric spindle, if local damage is found during daily inspection, even if it is not completely damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

So, the disassembly and installation methods for replacing the electric spindle bearings are crucial:

1. Remove the front and rear end caps and nuts of the electric spindle;

2. Push out the main shaft, rear bearing seat, bearings, and other accessories from the front end of the shaft;

3. Choose the correct spindle bearings and gaskets;

Select the equipped motor spindle bearings and install them in pairs based on the V-shaped markings on the outer diameter of the bearings. The spacer used with paired electric spindle bearings should also be of appropriate size. If it is not suitable, the two sets of bearings will have a small load, while the other set of bearings will have an excessive load, resulting in uneven bearing capacity of the shaft, which will generate heat and seriously affect its service life.

4. Clean the bearing by rotating the inclined surface of the outer sleeve downwards (or the inclined surface of the inner sleeve upwards) in clean gasoline. The bearing should be cleaned at least twice, and attention should be paid to cleaning the bearing. The upper and lower positions of the bearing should not be placed incorrectly;

5. Before loading the bearings, lubricate the bearings, the inner holes of the shaft housing, and the spindle with lubricating oil (special lubricating oil for electric spindles). Easy installation, followed by ensuring lubrication of the bearings at the beginning of the electric spindle;

6. Clean other components on the shaft. After cleaning, the bearings should be naturally dried and high-pressure air drying is prohibited;

7. First, install the rear bearing, tighten the nut, and fix the spring on the bearing seat with butter. Do not place the spring cover in the wrong position;

8. The electric spindle manufacturer recommends assembling the front end bearing, repairing the front end cover, and printing the front bearing outer sleeve (a special sleeve should be used to assemble the bearing, which is machined from a nylon rod and has the following shape: D is smaller than the outer diameter of the bearing, and D's inner diameter is larger than the bearing);

9. Tighten the front nut and install the front and rear end caps. When installing the rear cover, pay attention to the position of the air inlet. The sealing rings of the air inlet, water inlet, and water outlet should be intact and placed in the correct position;

10. After installing the electric spindle, check if it is installed properly. Use a wrench to push the spindle forward, and it will move forward. Once released, it will immediately rebound back.
