1. The precision of the electric spindle requires long-term operation without slipping, regardless of carving or cutting, ensuring smooth processing. This is the most basic requirement for an electric spindle. Users can also shake the spindle chuck by hand to see if it is loose, and then try to start the spindle motor to see if the motor rotates smoothly and if there is any tool swing or vibration. If there is, it indicates that the installation accuracy does not meet the requirements. Then listen to the sound of the spindle rotating. If the sound is loud, there is noise, and even the sound of broken porcelain pieces, it indicates poor precision or installation accuracy of the electric spindle bearings.


2. The strength of the spindle motor is mainly affected by the motor power. The strength of the spindle motor ranges from 0.8 kW to 9.0 kW. Only when the power is high can the strength meet the processing requirements. To determine the strength of the motor, you can hear the sound of the spindle motor running. Under the premise of no abnormal noise, the stronger the wind, the louder the sound of the spindle, the greater the strength and power of the spindle, and the larger the volume of the motor.

3. The operating speed of the electric spindle motor, that is, the machining efficiency. On the premise of achieving strength, the speed can be as fast as possible, but the service life of the machine should be considered. The speed of the electric spindle is generally between 6000 and 24000 r/min. The faster the speed, the better the cutting ability.


4. The wear and tear or service life of the spindle motor mainly depends on the machining strength and time of the spindle motor. You can try the surface temperature of the spindle motor. If the surface temperature of the spindle motor rises rapidly and the maximum temperature is high, it means that the accuracy or heat dissipation of the spindle motor is poor, and the loss and service life will be greatly reduced. Therefore, when choosing a motor, the cooling method of the spindle motor should be fully considered.
