3、 Electrical performance testing:
1. Use a shaking table or multimeter to check whether the stator coil is insulated from the ground and whether the coil windings are insulated, in order to determine whether the spindle motor coil is out of phase, damp, or open circuit.
2. Use a multimeter to check if there is a short circuit at the connection of each circuit, ensuring that the overall circuit interface of the spindle is connected properly.
3. Use an encoder tester to check if the encoder signal is normal and determine if the sensor and signal lines of the encoder are functioning properly.
4. Check whether the encoder gear is demagnetized or damaged, in order to comprehensively determine whether the encoder is normal.
5. Connect the power to operate the spindle, check whether the signal feedback of the bearing temperature control sensor is normal, and at the same time, check whether the signal feedback of the motor temperature rise sensor is normal and whether the data feedback is accurate.
4、 Bearing inspection:
1. Check if the original bearing pairing is reasonable during disassembly, and register the original bearing brand, model, and pairing method.
2. Check whether there are obvious scratches on the outer ring, inner ring, and end face of the disassembled bearing to determine if the main shaft bearing is damaged.
3. Disassemble the bearing and clean it, inspect the inner and outer raceway of the bearing for signs of wear, check the damage to the rolling elements and bearing cage, and preliminarily determine the cause of the damage. Check whether the bearing sealing cover is damaged and whether the lubricating oil is lost to determine whether the bearing lubrication is normal and whether the interior of the bearing is contaminated. 4. Check whether the bearing spacer is worn, measure the spacer size and register it once, and then reconfigure the spacer.
