Thoroughly clean the electric spindle before immersion.


Before immersing in the coating, please plug all screws on the shell to avoid installation difficulties.


Before painting, please check the trademark and expiration date of the paint to ensure its quality.


During the immersion and baking process, attention should be paid to the control of technical parameters, such as adjusting the viscosity of the coating, controlling the temperature range, increasing the number of immersion times, and insulation resistance.


After the high-temperature baking is completed, the residual coating on the inner circle of the stator is removed in a hot state, and the residual coating on the wedge-shaped part should not be higher than the inner circle of the core.


After insulation of the stator winding, it is necessary to ensure that the insulation paint is soaked with some paint film holes. Wrinkle free skin without layering or serrated surfaces, winding ends without damage, and wedges intact.


During the baking process, if the temperature decreases by half or the insulation resistance cannot reach stability, the baking time will be appropriately extended, and the insulation resistance will be reached before it meets the requirements.


Some manufacturers use different methods when completing the soaking and baking steps. This is undoubtedly incorrect. Only continuous operation can achieve optimal results, otherwise it will affect the drying quality of the electric spindle. Resulting in a decrease in the pass rate.
