The permanent magnet synchronous electric spindle can meet the special requirements of low-speed and powerful cutting of CNC machine tools, as well as the special requirements of high-speed precision machining, bringing personalized customization and integrated innovation to customers, optimizing the overall solution. Therefore, the structure is very flexible and can meet various applications where the radial space of the spindle is limited;


Wide speed regulation range, the motor can achieve a wide speed regulation range, and stepless speed regulation can be achieved from zero speed to maximum speed;


High productivity, the motor has excellent low-speed hard characteristics. With the allowance of bearing stiffness and tool hardness, it can perform precision cutting of hard metal, low-speed cutting with large cutting amounts, and high-speed cutting with small cutting amounts, greatly improving production efficiency.


Strong servo performance, combined with dedicated drivers, can achieve all functions of digital servo spindles, such as rigid tapping, accurate positioning, etc. Choosing to cooperate with high-precision encoders can achieve CS, CF functions, etc.
