2. The casing of precision electric spindles is cooled by circulating constant temperature water, and strict attention should be paid to cutting off water or reducing the flow rate of cooling water. Cooling water needs to be filtered to prevent clogging. Especially to prevent cooling water from seeping into the interior of the grinding wheel shaft or stator winding, otherwise it will greatly reduce the service life of the bearings or stator.

3. Prevent water, debris, and other debris from entering the bearing. Because precision electric spindle bearings are high-precision spindle bearings, they have relatively high value and harsh usage conditions. Moisture will corrode bearings; And the entry of debris and impurities will damage the oil film of the bearing, accelerate wear, cause severe heating and vibration, form a vicious cycle, and lead to the premature end of the bearing life.

4. Do a good job of listening, touching, and checking throughout the entire precision electric spindle operation.

Listen: Listen to the running sound of the precision electric spindle, whether there is dry friction or strange noise; Listen for any changes in the rotation sound of the precision electric spindle.

Second touch: Touch the front cover or sleeve of the precision electric spindle to see if the heating is stable and if it is intensifying.

Three checks: Check whether the dimensional tolerances and surface roughness of the processed parts are stable.

5. If there is an abnormality in the precision electric spindle, it should be repaired by dedicated maintenance personnel or manufacturers to ensure the accuracy of assembly and maintenance.
