(1) The mechanical structure is simple, with a small moment of inertia, resulting in a fast response speed and the ability to achieve high speeds. Acceleration (deceleration) speed and fixed angle can be quickly and accurately stopped (C-axis control).
(2) The electrical drive technology adopts AC variable frequency speed regulation and vector control, with high output power and wide speed regulation range. With ideal torque power characteristics, rough machining and high-speed precision machining can be achieved in one clamping.
(3) Due to the implementation of "zero transmission" in the electric spindle, the spindle box can achieve controllable motion in a certain direction through a screw pair according to design requirements, allowing for various machining methods.
(4) Because there is no external force from the intermediate transmission chain, the high-speed operation of the spindle is more balanced without the influence of intermediate transmission, resulting in a corresponding extension of the lifespan of the spindle bearings and higher precision in machining parts.
(5) The modularization of spindle components has been achieved, which can be independently produced into standardized functional components and mass-produced by professional factories. Machine tool manufacturers only need to choose according to the different needs of users to easily form high-speed machine tools with various performance, which is in line with the development direction of modern machine tool design and modularization.
