Disassembly and evaluation of electric spindle:
1. Conduct inspection on the resistance value and grounding device of the motor stator of the electric spindle
2. Thoroughly disassemble and assemble the electric spindle, and remove dirt from the disassembled parts
3. Inspection of components: a. Inspection of the inner diameter of the main shaft bearing b. Inspection of the accuracy of the outer diameter of the main shaft bearing using an outside micrometer c. Vertical inspection of the coaxiality of the inner and outer diameters of the main shaft bearing d. Inspection of the coaxiality of the motor rotor e. Straightness of shaft straightness
4. Conduct an evaluation of all spring components inside the electric spindle
5. Conduct inspection and evaluation of the electric spindle chuck
6. Surface inspection and coaxiality inspection of the cone surface of the electric spindle
7. Conduct inspection and testing on the cone surface of the electric spindle
8. Failure analysis and evaluation of spindle bearings
9. Check the performance of the sensor

Installation:
1. All components must be thoroughly cleaned and corrosion-resistant
If necessary, the installed components should be polished again
3. The motor stator must be cleaned thoroughly. If the resistance value is unstable, a new motor stator should be replaced
4. During component installation, it is essential to maintain coaxiality and perpendicularity
5. Reasonable installation of motor rotor and correction of spindle dynamic balance of motor rotor
6. Install a new O-ring seal
7. The distance ring of the main shaft bearing must be installed reasonably between the main shaft bearings
8. Use brand new spindle bearings for installation, and promptly install the electric spindle after disassembling the spindle bearings. Otherwise, over time, the spindle bearings will be contaminated by dust, causing the bearing grease to not work.

Electric spindle maintenance and inspection:

2. Inspection records of overall vibration acceleration, horizontal displacement, and peak to peak vibration of the electric spindle
3. The quality report of the electric spindle inspection should be sent to the customer together with the electric spindle. A. Each electric spindle needs to implement this process. B. Meet the manufacturer's dimensional tolerance specifications and model requirements. C. ISO/ANSI G-0
