Electric spindleThe connection between each component is very tight, and if one component is damaged, it will have an impact on the overall operation of the electric spindle. So in order to ensure that the electric spindle can operate normally, we should replace the electric spindle components in a timely manner after discovering any damage.
If the bearings of the electric spindle are damaged, how should they be replaced? Below, the editor will briefly introduce the disassembly and installation methods of electric spindle bearings.
Application of electric spindle bearings
Suggestion: Use the already equipped electric spindle bearings and install them according to the "V" mark on the bearing surface. Note: The spacer used together with the electric spindle also needs to be of appropriate size.
Cleaning of electric spindle bearings
When cleaning the electric spindle bearings, the outer sleeve slope of the bearing should be turned downwards or the inner sleeve slope should be turned upwards for cleaning. The bearings should be cleaned at least twice, and attention should be paid to the correct orientation of the electric spindle bearings after cleaning.
The smoothness of electric spindle bearings
Before installing the electric spindle bearings, the bearings and the inner holes of the shaft housing, as well as the main shaft of the electric spindle, should be smoothed with lubricating oil first. This is to facilitate the installation and ensure the smoothness of the bearings during the initial start-up of the electric spindle. Note: Smooth oil must be used specifically for electric spindles.
Device for electric spindle bearings
When installing the electric spindle bearing, the rear end bearing should be installed first. Tighten the nut, fix the spring on the bearing seat with butter, and ensure that the spring cover is not placed in the wrong position.
Reinstall the front end bearing and secure the front end cover with a pre pressed bearing sleeve (the device bearing should use a special sleeve, which is machined with a nylon rod and has the following shape: D is smaller than the outer diameter of the bearing, and d is larger than the inner diameter of the bearing).
Tighten the front nut and install the front and rear end caps. When installing the rear cover, attention should be paid to the orientation of the air inlet. The sealing rings of the air inlet, water inlet, and water outlet should be intact and placed in the correct orientation.
Check if the electric spindle bearings are properly installed
After installing the electric spindle, check if the spindle is properly installed (using a wrench to push the spindle forward, the spindle will move forward, and releasing it will immediately bounce back).
