High frequency frequency conversion equipment: To improve machining speed, it is necessary to ensure the high-speed rotation of the electric spindle, thereby driving the cutting tool to operate at high speed. A device is needed as the driving equipment for the built-in high-speed motor of the electric spindle, so that its speed can reach tens of thousands or even tens of thousands of times per minute. The role of high-frequency frequency conversion equipment lies in this. To achieve the policy, the output frequency of the high-frequency inverter must reach several kilohertz or higher.


Oil mist smoother: Good smoothness can reduce the resistance, wear, and heating of equipment operation. The smoothness of the electric spindle requires strict adherence to the principle of punctuality and quantity, that is, injecting oil into the bearing at fixed intervals. When injecting oil, the smooth oil is carried by compressed air and blown into the bearing in the form of oil mist. The amount of oil injected is precisely controlled by a quantitative valve, and too much or too little can cause the influence of bad air.


Cooling equipment: If the temperature of the electric spindle is too high during operation, it will cause damage to the equipment. In order to dissipate heat from the high-speed running electric spindle and quickly reduce the operating temperature, circulating coolant is generally needed. The circulating coolant acts on the outer wall of the electric spindle and carries away some of the heat from the electric spindle. But if the coolant absorbs heat and the temperature rises, it will no longer have a cooling effect. The purpose of cooling equipment is to maintain the original temperature of the coolant and enhance its cooling effect.


Built in pulse encoder: This is an orientation detection component that uses the principle of optical sensors to complete non-contact detection. The encoding disk is installed on the rotating shaft of the motor, and during rotation, it will actively measure the viewpoint, orientation, and speed changes of the shaft rotation, and output the detection results in the form of electrical pulses. The advantage of this detection method is that there is no friction or wear, only a small driving force is required, but accurate detection results and the fastest response speed can be obtained, thus completing accurate rotation phase angle control of the electric spindle and coordination with the feed.


Active tool changing equipment: In order to achieve sensitive habits and quick response to various processing data and processes, the electric spindle is equipped with an active tool changing equipment, which can actively select the most efficient and reasonable cutting equipment according to different conditions. The active tool changing device is composed of components such as a disc spring and a tension cylinder. Practice has proven that high-speed cutting tools such as HSK and SKI are more suitable for high-speed machining processes.
