Precision electric spindle is a set of components that includes the electric spindle itself and its accessories: electric spindle, high-frequency frequency converter, oil mist lubricator, cooling device, built-in encoder, and tool changer. And the electric spindle itself directly installs the hollow motor rotor on the spindle, and the stator is fixed in the spindle housing hole through a cooling sleeve, forming a complete spindle unit. After being powered on, the rotor directly drives the spindle to operate. The technology of electric spindle fusion: high-speed bearing technology. Electric spindles usually use composite ceramic bearings, which are wear-resistant and heat-resistant, and have a service life several times longer than traditional bearings. Sometimes electromagnetic suspension bearings or hydrostatic bearings are also used, and the inner and outer rings do not touch, so theoretically the service life is infinite.

Precision electric spindles are generally used in CNC machinery, while mechanical spindles are used in ordinary machine tools. Because low-priced lathes cannot use electric spindles due to high costs. However, our lathe is not suitable for use on high-precision lathes due to its high requirements for spindle accuracy. The electric spindle with high heat generation only forms a simple thermal deformation, which then changes the height of the spindle box. The main transmission system of high-speed CNC machine tools has eliminated pulley transmission and gear transmission. The spindle of the machine tool is directly driven by a built-in electric motor, which shortens the length of the main transmission chain of the machine tool to zero, achieving "zero transmission" of the machine tool.


The common spindle refers to the axis on a machine tool that drives the rotation of the workpiece or tool. Usually, the main shaft components consist of the main shaft, bearings, and transmission components (gears or pulleys). In machines, it is mainly used to support transmission parts such as gears and pulleys, transmit motion and torque, such as machine tool spindles; Some are used for clamping workpieces, such as spindles.
