1. Measure static and dynamic radial runout, lift clearance, and axial runout based on the damage of the electric spindle.


2. Use self-made specialized tools to disassemble the electric spindle, clean and measure the rotor swing and wear.


3. Optional bearings, the consistency error between the inner hole and outer diameter of each set of bearings should be ≤ 0.002-0.003 millimeters, and a gap of 0.004-0.008 millimeters should be maintained with the inner hole of the sleeve and a gap of 0.0025-0.005 millimeters with the main shaft;

7. The end faces of the round nuts, oil seal covers, and other parts on the electric spindle are in close contact with the end faces of the inner and outer rings of the bearing, so the perpendicularity between the threaded part and the end face is required to be high. The contact condition can be checked using the coloring method;

If the contact rate of the electric spindle is less than 80%, the end face can be ground to meet the requirement of perpendicularity. This work is very important, and its accuracy will affect the radial runout of the grinder spindle extension rod, thereby affecting the surface roughness of the ground workpiece.


8. Adjust the axial direction of the assembled electric spindle (measured with a tension spring ruler during adjustment), and measure the static and dynamic radial runout and lifting clearance until the assembly process requirements are met.
