1、 Cooling device

We all know that when the electric spindle is working, its working speed and rotation speed are very fast, so when the electric spindle is running at high altitude, its surface temperature will greatly increase. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation of the electric spindle and avoid certain damage caused by high temperature.

We need to achieve effective heat dissipation during the operation of the electric spindle, so that some circulating coolant can be connected to the outer wall of the electric spindle. The function of the cooling device is to keep the temperature of these coolant at a very low level;

2、 Built in pulse encoder

Generally, when working on a reclamation electric spindle, we need to install a built-in pulse encoder inside the spindle to ensure that automatic tool changing operations or the automatic production of certain rigid threading threads can be carried out without any external assistance.

In this way, during the operation of the electric spindle, the pulse encoder can accurately control the phase angle of the electric spindle and achieve effective coordination of feed.

3、 Automatic tool changing device

In order to make the electric spindle widely used in various machining centers, we need to install an automatic tool changing device on the electric spindle, such as butterfly springs or tool pulling cylinders.

4、 Loading method of high cutting tools

If the tool type used on the electric spindle is the familiar BT tool, it cannot meet some high-speed work requirements, so we need to use high-speed tools such as HSK and SKI;

5、 High frequency frequency conversion device

In order to achieve a speed of tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of revolutions per minute for the electric spindle, a high-frequency frequency converter is needed to drive the built-in high-speed motor of the electric spindle, and the output frequency of the frequency converter needs to reach thousands or thousands of hertz.
