Reason for disadvantage: The conical surface at the front end of the rotor is damaged, and the surface of the clamp is deformed and damaged.

Disadvantage handling: Please send the electric spindle back for cone grinding, as the damaged chuck cannot be used anymore.

3. During the operation, the temperature of the electric spindle is too high

Reason for disadvantage: The electric spindle has been used for a long time and there is no proper cooling method; The bearing is damaged.

Disadvantage handling: Implement effective cooling methods for the electric spindle and advocate the use of water coolers and cooling fixtures to open and cool the electric spindle; Return the electric spindle for disassembly and maintenance.

4. The electric spindle is locked, but the frequency converter displays power output

Reason for disadvantage: It may be due to unbalanced phase voltage.

Disadvantage handling: Check if the connection between the electric spindle and the transmission line, as well as between the transmission line and the frequency converter, is good.

5. Electric spindle stops, unable to start

Reasons for disadvantages: a. The stator coil of the electric spindle may burn out, or the insulation paint of the coil may melt; b、 Check the defect information of the frequency converter and whether the frequency converter brakes.

Disadvantage handling: First, use a multimeter to measure whether the resistance value between the three pins of the UVW socket after the electric spindle is balanced; Then check the usage environment and whether the filtering and pressure regulating equipment is used to activate the filtering and pressure regulating of the sealed gas; Reflect on the parameter settings of the frequency converter and adjust the parameters of the frequency converter. If the resistance value is unbalanced, it can be determined that the stator coil is burnt out; Return the electric spindle for maintenance.
