For users, if there is a frequency failure when using a mechanical electric spindle, it will inevitably affect normal production and cause certain economic losses. Therefore, when using a mechanical electric spindle, it is necessary to minimize the failure rate of the mechanical electric spindle as much as possible. In order to reduce the error rate of mechanical electric spindles, electric spindle manufacturers need to master proficient operating skills and correct installation, cleaning, maintenance and other process flows.
1. Connect the inlet and outlet pipes of the electric spindle according to the corresponding requirements, check for any water leakage, and ensure that the cooling system runs continuously from start-up to shutdown. A separate water tank should be used for the coolant, which should be replaced once a month. Match the power, frequency, and voltage of the frequency converter with the electric spindle for use. The current of the frequency converter should be set according to the current of the electric spindle.
2. When installing the electric spindle, the taper holes on the shaft head should be cleaned thoroughly, and the dirt on the surface of the spring clamp should also be cleaned thoroughly to effectively prevent a decrease in accuracy. When clamping the nut of the electric spindle, be careful not to apply too much force. In addition, the bearings that come into contact with the ball have a limited speed limit, and the electric spindle cannot exceed the speed limit, otherwise it will burn out the bearings of the precision contactor.
If you hear abnormal sounds inside the electric spindle, you should check and feel whether the electric spindle is heating or vibrating. If that's the case, we should close it and check if the quality is stable during the processing. When operating a mechanical electric spindle, we can reduce the error rate by paying attention to the above three aspects.
