The common layout of high-precision electric spindles is to click between two bearings located in the electric spindle, and its main structure includes a tool clamping system, a motor, and a cooling system. The tool clamping system is located at the end of the spindle, and the shape of the end depends on the type of machine tool and the installation form of the tool. The cooling system is the main structure for heat dissipation of the built-in motor, which is an essential power system for lathe operation. Advantages of high-precision electric spindle


1. The method of using bearing locking adjustment components instead of the original nut locking bearings can avoid the problems of bearing bias and decreased spindle accuracy caused by nut locking. On the other hand, after long-term use, the spindle can increase the preload force of the bearing by adjusting the bearing locking adjustment components, so as to maintain the spindle accuracy in the best state.


2. The use of skeleton rubber seals instead of felt seals solves the problem of electric spindle heating caused by the wear and increased operating torque of the original spring seals on the electric spindle. The skeleton rubber seals prevent an increase in the operating torque of the electric spindle, ensuring that no foreign objects or coolant enter the interior of the electric spindle, thereby greatly extending its service life.


3. By using a combination of multi link high-precision angular contact ball bearings and multi link high-precision angular contact bearings, the rigidity and load-bearing capacity of the electric spindle are increased.


4. The shell structure is simple and easy to process, and its assembly with the electric spindle is fast and convenient. At the same time, the electric spindle and bearings are assembled with the shell after assembly. Using this assembly method, the quality of the electric spindle bearings can be quickly checked, making the installation of the electric spindle structure fast and convenient, ensuring the quality of each bearing, and guaranteeing the service life of the electric spindle structure.


5. By evenly arranging threaded mounting holes on the shell and locking the spacer with a fixed nut, the rigidity of the electric spindle can be reduced after being subjected to force.
