Electric spindleThe various components in the electric spindle are closely connected, and if one of them is damaged, it will affect the operation of the entire electric spindle. So in order to ensure the normal operation and efficiency of the electric spindle, if you find that some components have been damaged during daily inspections, even if they are not completely damaged, they should be replaced in a timely manner. Therefore, the correct disassembly and installation methods are crucial:
1. Remove the front and rear end caps and nuts of the electric spindle.
2. Push the main shaft, rear bearing seat, bearings, and other accessories backwards with force from the front end of the shaft.
3. Choose appropriate spindle bearings and spacers, preferably matching the electric spindle bearings, and install them according to the V-shaped markings on the outer diameter of the bearings. The spacer used with the paired electric spindle bearing should also be of appropriate size. If it is not suitable, one of the two sets of bearings will have a small load and the other set will have an excessive load, resulting in uneven bearing capacity of the shaft, which will generate heat and seriously affect its service life.
4. Clean the bearings by tilting the outer sleeve downwards (or the inner sleeve upwards) and rotating it for cleaning (in clean gasoline). The bearings should be cleaned at least twice. Pay attention to cleaning the bearings, and ensure that the upper and lower positions of the bearings are not misplaced.
5. Before installing the bearings, the bearings, inner holes of the shaft housing, and the spindle should be lubricated with engine oil (special lubricating oil for electric spindles). This is to facilitate installation and ensure lubrication of the bearings during the initial start-up of the electric spindle.
6. Clean other parts on the shaft. After cleaning, the bearings should dry naturally and high-pressure gas blowing is prohibited.
7. First, install the rear bearing, tighten the nut, and fix the spring on the bearing seat with butter. The spring cover should not be placed in the wrong position.
8. Assemble the front end bearing and secure the front end cover with a pre tightened bearing sleeve. (Special sleeves should be used for assembling bearings, and the sleeves should be machined with nylon bar material lathe. The shape is as follows: D is smaller than the outer diameter of the bearing, and d is larger than the inner diameter of the bearing.)
9. Tighten the front nut, install the front and rear end caps, and pay attention to the position of the air inlet when installing the rear end cap. The sealing rings of the air inlet, water inlet, and water outlet holes should be intact and placed correctly.
10. After the installation of the electric spindle is completed, check whether the spindle is installed in place (use a wrench to push the spindle forward with force, the spindle will move forward, and once released, it will bounce back).
