1. End face seal
At present, mechanical end face sealing methods are mainly used for end face sealing. The specific operation requires the use of a rubber disc, which is firmly pressed against the stainless steel circle of the high-speed electric spindle by the action of a spring, thus playing a sealing role. This sealing method is relatively simple and easy to implement, but the disadvantage is that the sealing performance is unstable.
2. Flat seal
The principle of flat plate sealing is relatively simple, which is to surround and package the high-speed electric spindle with one or two layers of flat plates, and fix some rubber made flat plates with stainless steel profiles to form a sealed space. There are mainly single-layer flat plate seals and double-layer flat plate seals.
3. Pan root seal
The main implementation method of packing sealing is to use specific bottom sealing rings and pressure covers to tightly press onto the packing of the high-speed electric spindle, thereby sealing the key components of the high-speed electric spindle. This method is generally used in relatively small high-speed electric spindles.
4. Radial seal
The main implementation method of radial sealing is to squeeze many fan-shaped steel blocks on the high-speed electric spindle, and then these fan-shaped steel blocks are firmly pressed together under the action of springs. The structure of radial sealing devices is relatively complex, and their use and maintenance are not very convenient.
