Using thermal expansion to transform a tight fit into a loose fit is a commonly used and labor-saving device method. Suitable for large spindle bearing devices. Before hot assembly, place the bearing or detachable bearing ring into the oil tank and heat it evenly at 80-100 ℃. Then, remove it and install it onto the shaft as soon as possible. To prevent the inner ring end face and shaft shoulder from becoming loose after cooling, tighten the bearing after cooling.

Press the inner ring of the high-speed electric spindle bearing into the shaft to ensure a tight fit. When the outer ring and bearing seat hole are relatively loose, first press the shaft onto the shaft, and then install the shaft and bearing together into the bearing seat hole. When tightening, place a device sleeve made of soft metal material (copper or low carbon steel) on the end face of the bearing inner ring. The inner diameter of the sleeve should be straight and slightly larger than the shaft neck, while the outer diameter should be slightly smaller than the inner ring rib of the bearing to avoid pressing on the bracket.
