The inspection and cleaning contents for the timed protection of the electric spindle are as follows:

1. Inspection of the electric spindle core rod (250mm long) with a radial runout of ≤ 0.012mm at the distal end, twice a year;

2. Electric spindle core rod inspection (250mm long) with radial runout at the nose end ≤ 0.002mm, twice a year;

3. Cone aperture radial runout ≤ 0.002mm, twice a year;

4. Handle tension testing, taking HSK63 as an example, requires between 16-27KN, twice a year;

5. Knife amount testing, taking HSK63 as an example, with an extension of 10.5 ± 0.1mm, four times a year;

6. Check that the circulating cooling water (oil) level and operating condition of the recognized electric spindle are good, every shift;

7. Check that the operating condition of the air source processing components used for the electric spindle is good, every shift;

8. Timely cleaning: Operators should use a vacuum cleaner to clean the debris and dust on the rotor end of the electric spindle and the motor terminal after finishing their work every day, every shift.
