3. Check if the three-phase power supply voltage is normal, if the voltage is too high or too low, or if the three-phase voltage is asymmetric.

During use, attention should be paid to using an inverter as the driving power source for the electric spindle. The requirements for the frequency converter vary depending on the spindle parameters. Inverters should be selected to match the parameters of the main spindle. The rated current of the inverter is at least 1.3 times that of the electric spindle, preferably 1.5 times or more.

After daily use, it is necessary to lubricate and maintain the electric spindle. There are three commonly used lubrication methods for high-speed electric spindles: grease, oil mist, and oil air. Lubricating grease has a simple lubrication structure and is easy to use green; Oil mist lubrication can adapt to higher speeds and is currently widely used, but it has a certain impact on the environment; Oil air lubrication has a good effect, can adapt to higher speeds, and does not pollute the environment, but the price of oil air lubrication devices is high. The oil mist used for oil air lubrication is usually 32 turbine oil.
