Previously, a large amount of oil and gas were generated during the processing, but now there have been significant improvements. Additionally, it is more energy-efficient than previous electric spindles. Imported ceramic ball bearings are used to increase the rigidity of precision electric spindles. Its high speed, working voltage, torque, and power are consistent with similar oil mist electric spindles, with stable and reliable quality. Its service life is comparable to that of oil mist lubricated electric spindles.


The structure of a general precision electric spindle can be divided into six parts, namely the spindle, spindle bearings, spindle unit housing, motor without housing, and used for driving modules and cooling devices. The assembly method of the rotor on the motor is press fit, and these rotors are connected to the spindle as a whole. The main shaft of an electric spindle is composed of a front bearing and a rear bearing, and the stator of the motor is installed inside the housing of the main shaft, but needs to be fixed with a cooling sleeve first. The change in spindle speed is determined by its drive module. If the temperature in the spindle is too high, the cooling device inside the spindle will limit its temperature to protect the spindle from damage. The motor of the electric spindle is directly installed in its spindle device, and during the operation of the electric spindle, the motor speed is very fast. This will generate a large amount of heat after the electric spindle works for a long time, and the surface temperature of the spindle will also increase accordingly. If the temperature is too high, it will directly affect the normal operation of the electric spindle.


Therefore, in order to ensure that the temperature of the precision electric spindle is within its acceptable range, the appropriate rated temperature needs to be determined based on the actual usage situation before use. Moreover, if the surface temperature of the electric spindle is too high, the machine tool will automatically choose some methods to reduce the temperature. Generally, the temperature of the oil used for circulation can be forcibly reduced, and then the temperature of the electric spindle will also decrease quickly. Meanwhile, the selection of bearings for precision electric spindles is also crucial, directly affecting the lifespan and performance of the spindles.
