There are two steps that need to be done before starting the carving and milling electric spindle:
1、 Before starting, it is necessary to confirm that the circulating cooling water required for the electric spindle sleeve has been turned on. The temperature of the cooling water is generally not more than 35 ℃, but it should not be too low and should not be directly connected to tap water. This is mainly because the low water temperature will cause the hot air inside the spindle motor to cool and form condensation, affecting insulation and causing bearing rust. The cooling water flow rate is generally 3-5L/min, and the cooling water should be clean and free of debris to prevent blockage of the channel. The water volume in the cooling water tank is about 50-100L, and the inlet and outlet ports should not be too close to each other. It is necessary to ensure that the water has a cooling process inside the tank to avoid causing hot water circulation and failing to achieve the cooling effect.
　

2、 Before starting, it is necessary to confirm the correct matching relationship between the power supply voltage, frequency, and electric spindle. Set the U/F curve of the frequency converter according to the corresponding relationship between voltage and frequency provided in the spindle data or product inspection report. The first core of the spindle plug socket should be grounded, and the second, third, and fourth cores should be connected to the U, V, and W of the frequency converter, respectively. Before starting, jog to check the direction of the spindle. If it reverses, turn off the vehicle, cut off the power, and swap any two of the three incoming wires.
