What should we pay attention to when using a cutting electric spindle?

　 1For new or unused cutting electric spindles that have not been used for more than a month, it is important to ensure low-speed rotation at the beginning of operation for spindle preheating and idle running.

2. During the use of the electric spindle, pay attention to the cutting fluid should be applied to the cutting tool, not to the end of the spindle shaft.

3. Do not clean the electric spindle with compressed air to avoid bringing dust into the spindle gaps and damaging the spindle bearings.

4. In order to ensure the high precision of the cutting electric spindle, only dynamically balanced standard tools can be used during high-speed operation. When performing high-precision cutting, it is recommended to preheat the electric spindle for thirty minutes to achieve thermal stability.

5. The tool holder of the tool installed on the electric spindle needs to be cleaned regularly with a clean soft cloth to avoid bringing dust into the spindle taper hole. Even when not in use, a handle should be kept on the spindle to protect the spindle taper hole.

When cleaning the area around the electric spindle, although the spindle is stopped, the machine tool should be powered on and the spindle bearings should be protected by the air curtain.
